• Shipping address: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. In case of errors in the shipping address, Anabolen-kopen.net will not provide a free follow-up shipment.
• Shipping time: If payment is received before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same business day, otherwise the next business day.
• Delayed Delivery: If your package is more than a week late, please contact customer service.
• Unreceived Package: If the package has not arrived 14 days after shipment, we will provide a new shipment free of charge. When the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered, the right to a free follow-up shipment expires.
